As the end of the year rolls nearer, we wanted to let you know how and when you'll be able to reach us.

We're doing things a bit differently this year, and to offer you a better service we're just closing our repairs line on the bank holidays. But, our phone line will be open for emergencies throughout, 24 hours a day, if you need to speak to us.
And that's on the usual number: 0345 366 4404
All your other repairs can be reported through our customer portal and we'll be in touch as normal.
Just so you know, any complaints submitted after 12pm on Wednesday 24th December will be logged and acknowledged within 5 working days of our return on Friday 2nd January 2026.
