There’s a new customer group just around the corner, and we’re excited for them to get started. The Customer Insight Committee will make sure that our customers’ voices are heard loud and clear.
We’re on the lookout for seven customers to join. Find out what it involves below!
Teaming up with other customers and colleagues, they’ll share our mission to be the UK’s best housing provider, and help us get there by asking the right questions and staying focussed on the bigger picture.

And what are we looking for?
It's really important that everyone in the group feels heard and respected, so alongside working well in a team we're looking for members who bring:
- Great communication skills, and a good listener too!
- An eye for detail
- The knack for asking the right questions
- The ability to speak up for others
- And of course, lived experience as one of our customers.
