Inclusion groups

We want to make sure that everyone feels safe, valued and supported, and that our services are inclusive to all. Our inclusion groups offer our customers a safe space to come together and influence change, making sure all voices are heard.

Find out about them and fill out our 'your voice, your home' form to join.

Diversity Counts

Our diversity counts group is a safe space for ethnically diverse customers to share their thoughts, give feedback and help shape our services. The group meets every month and it goes without saying, they’re an inclusive bunch.

Together they promote cultural understanding and challenge stereotypes to make sure our services are fair for all, which is what we all want. And when it comes to policy and service decisions, they bring customers’ voices to the table to make sure the views are representative of everyone.

Disability Voices

Our Disability Voices group is for customers with disabilities, or those caring for someone with a disability, to come together, share experiences and shape the way we deliver our services.

It's a space to connect with others facing similar challenges whilst making suggestions on how we can make our services more inclusive.
